iReconcile - Checkbook, Budgeting, & Reporting App Reviews

This app worked really well until it completely stopped syncing. The support tab on the website gets a pop up message saying support is unavailable- whether accessing from my phone or from a pc through their website. I purchased a one-year subscription and now really regret it.

This app needs updated!! Now sync has stopped working.

As of 30 Oct 2016, app seems to have stopped working, as well as any support contact links.

Used to be a good app, now it will not sync, loses and forgets to post the auto post transactions, no support, no responses from the developers. They will, however, happily take your money for this junk app, AND let you keep paying annually for sync service that does not work.

This is a great app first of all but the reason I have given it only 3 stars is because it seems as though the developers have given up on it. I mean there has been no updates to the app in well I cant remember. And how could you not add Touch ID as a security feature? Come on guys put some time in to this app to make it even better than it is.

I have used this app for a few years. At first it worked well with a few glitches. Now it does not calculate properly, you cannot backup - there is always an error, you cannot sync with the iPad from your iphone and you cant export to print your transactions. You cant contact or login online because the website is no longer available. This was the best checkbook app at one time. I wish it would work as it was designed. Lesson learned - there is nothing more dependable that the good ole paper check register.

Loved this app until today. I spend 15 minutes updating transactions from collected receipts, only to get a sync error which causes me to lose ALL OF MY TRANSACTIONS. 18 months worth to be exact! I am NOT happy!

Ive stuck with this app for years and finalist jumped ship. wish Id done it years ago. last straw was just now the sync wasnt working so it suggested a couple options. I chose to replace server data with the data from my device since I knew my device was correct. and what happens? it reverts to who knows when data. everything lost. so very done with his app.

Agree with others. Used to work great. Now synch fails a lot and no response from developer. Doesnt ever seem to get updated.

Love your app and have been using it everyday for the last 3.5 years or so. Just wondering if you will be updating it soon. Im concerned, that we who use it, will be left in the dust with our backups & syncing of your app. I almost lost all my data when your servers were down about a month ago. Im already considering switching to another app because of your neglect to respond quickly to customers using the app. Thank you

Dont waste any money on this app because it hasnt been updated in ages. My husband and I paid for a year-long subscription again this year and we can no longer sync no matter what we try. It used to be a great app then the designer gave up on it.

This app hasnt been supported in over two years. I have reached out to the company numerous times to discuss critical issues, but only receive empty promises that an update is coming. Its been two years and two iOS releases with no compatibility update, and the app erases random transactions frequently as a result. Do not buy the app or pay for any of the syncing features until it is fixed, if that ever happens.

I have been a satisfied user for a few years now; however, since the latest update I have lost most of my data. I have tried multiple times to contact the developer and cannot get a response or a phone call. They do not list a phone number on their website. Very frustrating! Would not purchase again at this point.

Ive warned everyone in my review ....... Now its even worst HELLO! stop depending on another entity, only fustration! Why? Still still No QIF Importing STILL! after all this time! DELETED APP - QIF..... Uh ;( - After much waiting and a promise not delivered I just deleted app for no QIF Importing. Just look at all the problems people are having depending on another entity. Why have your banking info store on someones server, somewhere in the world with someone in charge of it working or not .....QIF importing is missing Everyone else is offering this feature...... I want to be control of my apps not dependant on a third party enity. This app is an easy 5 star if we can have control on where/how our data is going places Im just plain *&^^% OFF another year starting and no QIF importing features - Everyone else is offering this feature...... still waiting ... as it was told it would be done ... not holding my breath

Was a great app, but hasnt been updated in over 2 years and the sync service is sketch at best. Better to spend your money on YNAB app.

This is a great app for keeping track of your financial accounts. I totally rely on it to keep my checking or any accounts balanced and it is so easy. You can run reports by category and drill in on the pie chart or run P&L reports. Export the reports to Excel will all transactions or just since the last time you exported. I dont Sync so I dont have any issues. The only issue I have is in the search function. Sometimes it doesnt return all the transactions. Ex, I search for Guardian but I only get some Trans. If I then search for The Guardian, I find the others. Still, I love this app and totally rely on it

Rarely ever syncs with my wifes phone. Have to constantly re download data. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Update to this app. Most of the time it never syncs then we lost all of our info just today. No response from developer. Thanks. Total piece of $&!7 app

Ive written app support twice now for the same issue but still no response. I am very disappointed because I loved this app and now I cant use it!

I used to love this app, but now there are just too many bugs. And they will cost you money. Sync between devices does not work, app doesnt always record entries even though it appears that it does (so you think your balance is correct but its not) and you have to constantly re-download your data. Unacceptable when it comes to finances.

Its a great app but it has been broken for 2-3 years now! Please PLEASE PLLEEAAASSSEEE fix this app!
