iReconcile - Checkbook, Budgeting, & Reporting App Reviews

I really love this app, but having trouble with auto post selection. Not giving me the option to put how often or when a payment is due. Please correct this. Never had this problem until I upgraded to IOS 10

I cant enter future transactions anymore. Theres a glitch.

Ive been using this app for year and absolutely loved it!!! However, it hasnt been updated in 3 1/2 years and the bugs are starting to crawl out of the woodwork. Since updating to iOS 10, I cant even adjust the funds I allocate for my budgets so Im forced to find an alternative. I just downloaded MoneyWiz and am trying to make the transition. I wish this app was still supported. It was perfect for my needs.

I have been using this app since 2010. Recently I have noticed an issue with making new re-occurring transactions. I tried to contact them and I have not been able to. In the past I have always received a response from them with any issues. Now automatically generated email that the app creates comes back to me undeliverable. When I look it says my subscription for back up services is expired, but I purchased a 12 month subscription earlier this year. I have always liked this app and it has helped me a lot in the past, but now it is not working and I can not get a hold of anyone to help.

When are you going to upgrade to Ios10 Ever since upgrade the app keeps crashing! Please fix!

"Auto post" future transactions no longer works. Theres no option to set dates to "auto post." The "contact us" on the site is only for those who have accounts. How do the non subscriber customers - those who paid for the app but decided not to subscribe yearly- get help?

What happened, no support? Had this program over 4 years, looks like I will have to get new app

Im having issues with the new IOS10 I have used this app for almost 5 years now, Love it, but going to switch if you guys dont do an update soon. Having issues setting up new auto post transactions. Not working anymore. Please do an update!!!!

Been using this app for years but it lost all data after 2015 and there is no way to contact support. Dont trust them with your data.

I hope this app supports iOS 10 soon. I need the memorized transactions to work.

This used to be a great app. Ive used it for years, but unfortuntly can no longer recommend it. Apple should pull this app from the store until it is updated. The app has not been updated since 2013, so some features no longer work properly with the latest iOS. Specifically, the memorized transactions feature no longer allows for the entry of new memorized item, although the current ones keep working. My account balance appears to be incorrect. I am unable to use the backup feature or log into the developers service to update my subscription. I can no longer log into the developers website to contact him or report problem.

Anyone else having trouble opening this app after upgrading to IOS 10.0.2.? Have used this app for years and have been happy, but today it opens and crashes immediately. I looked for a way to contact support, but the support tab online is "unavailable" Please make it work with my phone again so I can give it more stars.

Love this app but cant auto post since the IOS 10 update!!! Please fix dont want a new app

I have used this app for years. Had to restore account new devices said my account is expired. Its not does not till October of next year. Wont let me restore my account. HELP

Since the iOS 10 update, I can no longer create memorized transactions. DO NOT Buy this app until this is fixed as it is a big plus for this app. Their website support link does not work so good luck contacting them for any for any support. Looks like they skipped town with our money! Not sure why they updated this app. I have been using it for years without issue. Syncing between devices is automatic and flawless. Support is awesome as well. It is nice to see how the month is going by looking at the money coming in at the push of a button.

Used this app since it was introduced. Over the years had problems with syncing but overall dependable. As of lately with upgrade of ios10 cant setup auto post date. Not even an option to enter a date. Biggest problem with app is no communication from vendor

I have been using this application for years in and have loved it. It did everything I needed. As of iOS 10, I cannot add a schedule to new memorized transactions. Also, I have to open the app four or five times to get it to load. It simply opens and closes multiple times.

Doesnt work properly on iOS 10. Auto post, auto transfer doesnt work. Will cancel if not fixed. Management has been MIA for almost 5 years, yet they still accept your monthly subscription. I will probably file a dispute for my transactions if not fixed.

iReconcile was a promising, reasonably-priced app that offered a simple check register interface for managing multiple financial accounts in-sync with multiple iOS devices and a cloud-based data back-up. Through apparent lack of effort and an utter lack of updates, it has not had any added functionality in years and has become clunkier and more unstable with each iOS update. After iOS 10 was introduced in September, 2016, the app effectively stopped functioning (crashes often, will not launch without reinstall after first crash). Worse, the app is no longer able to export data -- so whatever data has been entered is now trapped. The developer has apparently given up on support and become unresponsive to complaints. I want my data back (and a refund).
