My wife and I have been using this app for many years. We love the interface, the ease of use, and what it offers over Mint etc. To address some of the reasons for bad reviews from others…
•We’ve sometimes had sync issues, but it’s often a server issue
•We’ve almost always had tech support responses, but not always promptly.
• All issues through the years were solved by either 1) force quitting the app and re-downloading sync data or 2) deleting the app and reinstalling and then re-downloading the data.
Feature requests:
•Better, less clunky, faster web interface or an actual OS app
•Fingerprint TouchID like so many other banking apps are using now
•A running balance for ‘Today’ as well as the current ‘Look Ahead’ (for future deposits/withdrawls)
