Anybody there - Troubleshoot techs/Zendesk

Same issue. You pay for your subscription but no one answers your service request order when you have sync or back up problems. Ive emailed atomicunitsoftware.Zen desk.com several times. An automated reply with a service/work order # is sent to my email address, but no one person actually sends me a solution. Its happened before, or I get a reply weeks after the fact.

It difficult to move forward when your original password doesnt work, so you finally ask for a new password to be reset. You reset the password and still have the same problems:(1) your login password still doesnt work! (2) the same constant back up issues, unknown error messages and no response by staff when attempting to back up your entries, (3) troubleshoot techs do not answer your request for help, maybe they lost their contract w their tech vendor?? I dont know the reason for the app and/or service dept., but I paid for the service and Im being denied good service. My main question here is who can help me get my entries backed up 100% of the time? This is the person I need to communicate with, not a forum, an expert. At least recommend another app that is capable of backing up data as promised. Please reply or call the number in my emails with a solution soon.
